Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Beachcomber Potato Point was quite an adventure! The park offers a unique blend of bush camping and holiday park charm that made it fun for my family. The location is stunning, right by the beach, with consistent wildlife encounters. However, I was a bit taken aback by the occasional presence of wallaby droppings and the slightly yellowish bore water, which wasn't what I expected. Overall, it's a lovely spot for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, but be prepared for a few surprises.
I had a lovely stay at this park hotel, surrounded by stunning wildlife like kangaroos and wallabies. The cabin was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful, making for a great family getaway. However, the facilities could use some improvement, especially the lack of a proper camp kitchen for washing and wiping dishes. Overall, it was good value for money, but a few tweaks could make it even better.
I had a wonderful stay at Beachcomber Potato Point, which offered a unique blend of nature and comfort. The spacious campgrounds are right by the stunning beach, and the amenities were well-kept and clean. I especially loved the common kitchen and the pizza oven, though I would have preferred a shower in my cabin. Overall, a great spot for families and nature lovers, although dealing with the wildlife around was sometimes a bit unexpected.
We had a wonderful time at Potato Point, nestled between the bush and the ocean. The cabin was comfortable, and we adored the visit from wildlife, including kangaroos and wallabies. The amenities were great, but we missed having a shower within the cabin. The location is stunning, especially at sunset, though it's a bit of a hike to some amenities, which can be challenging with kids. Overall, it's a lovely spot for families and nature lovers.
Our stay at Potato Point was overall very relaxing and enjoyable. The access to beautiful local wildlife and the stunning beach added so much to our experience. While there were some concerns, particularly regarding a negative interaction with management, we loved the clean cabins and the community atmosphere among campers. The amenities were more than adequate, though the lack of a shower in the cabin required some planning. Overall, an unforgettable and unique getaway!
